The IEEE Society on Social Implications of Technology (SSIT), Malaysia Chapter is proud to announce the IEEE International Conference on Sustainable Infrastructure and Civil Engineering (SUCIE 2027) which will be held as a hybrid conference on 7–8 May 2027 at PARKROYAL Penang Resort, Penang, Malaysia. Local presenters are required to present onsite, while international presenters may choose either physical or virtual presentation.

Under the theme “Building Sustainable Infrastructure for Resilient and Inclusive Communities,” SUCIE 2027 will bring together researchers, engineers, industry professionals, policymakers, and academics from around the world to exchange ideas, present the latest research findings, and discuss emerging challenges and opportunities in sustainable infrastructure, civil engineering, and the societal impact of engineering innovations.

SUCIE 2027 aims to foster interdisciplinary collaboration between academia, industry, and government while promoting responsible engineering solutions and technological innovation that contribute to sustainable, resilient, safe, and inclusive infrastructure for communities worldwide.
